The Jam Team plan on your own account, through a promotional code: record your screen, create bug reports with context and share feedback with your team. How it is delivered The coupon code is in your order, under My orders, usually right after the payment is confirmed. It is never sent by email: the email only tells you the order is ready. Each option shows its own warranty, counted from delivery: to use it, write in the order's chat before it ends. Questions Is it my own account? Yes. It activates on your own Jam account. How do I use the code? Sign up at jam.dev/login, add up to 9 teammates under Settings, then Members, open Upgrade, choose the Team plan with monthly billing and enter the code under Discount or promotion. Do I need a card? Yes. Checkout asks for a card or another payment method, and the discount brings the offer's price down. Check it before you confirm. Does it renew? The offer covers the period named here. Check the renewal price at checkout, and cancel before it renews if you do not want to continue.
